Vote Grange for Midtown Cocktail Week!

Posted on Aug 16, 2012

Will Rogers famously said that “Prohibition is better than no liquor at all”.  While that may be true, we’re launching our own campaign at Grange for Midtown Cocktail Week to repeal prohibition and party like its 1919!

Join us on Friday, August 24th from 5pm – midnight for a high-style political rally full of sophisticated libations, dancing girls and spirit lifting sound.  Our infamous bartenders will be joined by San Francisco bar star Jayson Wilde from Bourbon & Branch shaking up seven specialty cocktails. While we’re keeping a few details under wraps, here’s a sampling of the libations:

Templeton Rye, smoked Dolin Blanc, Averna butterscotch lollipop

Remy V, Cointreau, peach, lemon, cocaine “inspired” rim

Hendricks Gin, Cointreau, Lillet Blanc, lemon, mint, St. George Absinthe, crushed ice

The evening’s entertainment will be provided by Sacramento’s own burlesque troop, the Sizzling Sirens, followed by San Diego based band The Silent Comedy, who likens their show to a whiskey-fueled tent revival.

Chef Oliver will be offering a menu of light bites and mezzanine seating is available for High Roller reservations by calling 916.492.4450. All campaign contributions will be donated to Kids & Kittens (the Sacramento SPCA & UC Davis Children’s Hospital).

No cover charge.  21 and over please.
