Famous cocktail historian and master thinker of all things fun to drink, David Wondrich will be spending one wonderful day with us here at Grange on

Thursday, August 22nd

Mr. Wondrich writes for Imbibe Magazine and Esquire and inspired Bols to pull out their old Genever recipe from the 1600′s and start recreating it.

Our bartenders, Ryan and Carolyn traveled across the Atlantic to Amsterdam to select our very own barrel

Grange Select Barrel Aged Bols Genever

to be released during Midtown Cocktail Week.  Aged three years in a congnac limousine oak barrel and one year in a bourbon oak barrel, Genever is a Dutch invention that led the English to create London Dry Gin.  Genever is made of malt wine, juniper, botanicals and grain spirit.  Be the first to try our Grange blend, straight from Amsterdam!
