After beating out hundreds of other bartenders across the state, Andrew won a profile in the June 2012 issue of The Tasting Panel magazine (you can find him on page 119) where he thanks Sacramento for their invaluable support. If you’re so inclined, use Andrew’s recipe to stir up the cocktail at home or, better yet, come on down to the Grange bar and have him craft it for you himself – we think this cocktail has earned a permanent place on our bar menu!
West Coast Bengal Cocktail
2 oz Hangar One Mandarin Blossom
1 oz Darjeeling-infused Yellow Chartreuse (5 days)
1/2 oz simple syrup
Orange zest, pinched
Add ingredients to ice, stir, double strain and add orange zest.
